The conference fee is 120 USD = 104 Euro = 3600 Rub. for a participant
and 60 USD = 52 Euro = 1800 Rub. for an accompanying person.
It covers the transportation from airport to hotel and back,
lunch and two break refreshments per day,
social program (visit Kremlin and Oruzhejnaya palata),
welcome party and one banquet,
copy of the Proceedings.
Social program will be held during free time (Thursday, October 2, afternoon) and includes Visit to Kremlin, Oruzhejnaya palata and Bolshoi Theater.
Payment: please notice that one has to pay in Rubles (cash).
The change rate is about 30 Rubles/USD, or 34 Rubles/Euro.
It is easy to change Euro and USD to Rubles in many exchange offices.
The Organizing Committee is looking for a possibility to provide partial financial support for participants from Russia and other CIS countries and to reduce their conference fee.
